THE LEADER OF ETCHE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY RT. HON. MRS CYTHIA NWALA ESCAPED AN ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT.

The leader of Etche legislative assembly Rt. Hon. Mrs Cynthia Nwala narrowly escaped an assassination attempt at the council headquarters yesterday.

It may interest you to know that this is the second time an assassination attempt is been recorded which are targeted at some councilors of the 9th assembly.

The first was an attempt to murder the Hon. Councilor representing Igbodo ward 14 in the Etche legislative assembly, Hon. Bestman Azuonwu, and now the leader of the 9th assembly, Rt. Hon. Mrs Cynthia Nwala.

From the fact gathered so far, these councilors are been hunted just because they requested for what is due them; good office space, good running water in the council among others.

We call on all relevant agencies to bring the master minders of these devilish, criminal and undemocratic acts to book and as matter urgency throw the full weight of the law on the perpetrators.
